We mighth as well just come out and say it: Liquid liner is scary. Or at the very least, it's intimidating for someone who has never played around with it (successfully) before. The truth is, liquid liner really isn't difficult to use if you have the right tools atyour disposal. Liquid eyeliner comes in two main types: felt tip and a dip-brush.
